EFT Tapping circles are group sessions where participants come together to tap on their individual issues while borrowing benefits from others in the group. It is a powerful and effective way to experience the benefits of EFT Tapping in a supportive and safe environment. In this article, we will explore the benefits of EFT Tapping circles and why you should consider joining one.

- Borrowed Benefits: One of the main benefits of EFT Tapping circles is borrowed benefits. This means that even though you are tapping on your individual issues, you are also benefiting from the group energy and tapping on others’ issues. When you tap on your own issues while in a group, you will often experience a shift in your own energy and emotions, even if you are not tapping on the same issue as the person next to you. This phenomenon is known as the “generalization effect” and has been scientifically proven to be effective in reducing stress and anxiety.
- Supportive Environment: EFT Tapping circles are a safe and supportive environment where you can share your issues without fear of judgment. The facilitator will guide you through the tapping process, and you will have the opportunity to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. This can be a comforting and empowering experience, and you may even make new friends and connections.
- Shared Wisdom: EFT Tapping circles provide a platform for shared wisdom. When participants share their experiences and insights, it can deepen the collective understanding of how EFT Tapping works and how it can be applied to different issues. This can be a powerful way to learn and grow in your own healing journey as well as work through stress and anxiety.
- Cost-Effective: EFT Tapping circles are often more cost-effective than individual sessions, making it accessible to more people. Since the sessions are in a group, the facilitator can charge less per person than they would for individual sessions.
Borrowed benefits are real. I noticed I began to experience borrowed benefits from attending Monday night group gatherings online called RRT Solutions lead by Dr. Jon Connelly, founder of the RRT method (without even knowing what borrowed benefits were at the time).
After attending 3 months of the Monday night class on a semi-regular basis I noticed so many situations, which used to be upsetting and triggering for me, were no longer upsetting and triggering.

In conclusion, EFT Tapping circles can be a powerful and effective way to experience the benefits of EFT Tapping while in a supportive and safe environment. You can borrow benefits from others, share wisdom, and connect with others who are going through similar challenges. 5/5 would recommend!
